How it works
Your order in 5 steps
1. Start an order
Visit our Start your order page and fill in the form, including your contact information. Once received, we will provide you a quote. If we need additional information, we will request that information via email or telephone. Once you approve the quote, we will email you detailed shipping instructions and a copy of your order.
2. Ship your products to us
Select the best samples of your products, that have intact labels, without scratches, dings and dents. Carefully package them as to avoid damage during transit, and then ship them to us. Enclose a copy of the order for our reference. We recommend using a carrier with reliable tracking, and depending on the value of the merchandise, insurance.
3. We photograph your products
We will contact you once we receive your products, and give you an estimate of production and delivery times. Once we process your payment, we will begin production.
4. Download your images
Once your images are ready for delivery, we will create a private online gallery where you will be able to view and download them. You will be able to give us additional directions should you need any changes or additions (additional charge may apply).
5. We ship your products back
When the job is complete, we will carefully repackage your products in their original material, and ship them back to you. Return shipping fees will apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
We charge per-photo. If you have 3 products and need 2 photos per product (i.e. front/back) then you will be charged for 6 photos.
For projects under $2500, payment in full is required before we begin production. For projects over $2500, we require 50% before production. The remaining 50% is required before we release and license all images without watermarks.
Payments can be made by Paypal, Venmo, and credit cards.
Unfortunately no. We require the full payment in currency. If you don’t want to pay for return shipping, you can decide to let us keep the products, donate or discard them.
Unfortunately no. If you decide to leave your products with us after the photo session is complete, we can keep, donate or discard the products for you. In any case, you will not receive any compensation in any form for products that you decide to leave with us.
No. We can only ship your products back to a US address, excluding P.O. Boxes.
Absolutely! We can arrange for drop off and pick up times. The same recommendations for packaging apply.
There is no licensing fee. Once you pay for the service, images are yours to keep and use 100% Royalty Free, WorldWide, forever.
We own the copyrights to any image we provide to you. This also grants us the ability to publish them for self-promotion and portfolio. But don’t worry! Your content will be licensed to you 100% Royalty Free! You will not owe us anything more than the production fee.
We don’t generally offer RAW files. However, we will be happy to discuss with you the details and possibly come to an agreement.
